N/D CBD and Drug Testing
Some products on this website may be made with hemp-derived ingredients and may be labeled N/D THC (Non-Detectable THC) based on third-party laboratory testing for the specific batch/lot tested. “Non-detectable” does not mean “zero” and results may vary depending on batch, testing methods, and the lab’s detection limits.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any drug test. Drug tests vary in sensitivity and administration, and outcomes can be affected by frequency of use, serving size, individual metabolism, and other factors. Trace cannabinoids (including THC) may be present and/or may accumulate in the body over time.
If you are subject to drug testing for employment, athletics, school, military, probation, or any other reason, do not use hemp/cannabinoid products. By purchasing and/or using these products, you accept full responsibility for any drug test results and related consequences.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You can’t reliably estimate the odds, and you can’t promise safety. Even with an N/D THC COA, the chance of failing is low for many users but never zero—and for high-stakes testing (DOT/probation/competition) the practical risk is considered unacceptable.
Here’s how risk generally stacks up (broad, real-world guidance):
- Standard workplace urine screens: often lower risk with N/D THC products, especially light/moderate use — but still possible.
- DOT / safety-sensitive jobs: do not use if you must pass. Their policies and consequences are strict, and “CBD/broad-spectrum” isn’t an excuse.
- Probation / court testing: do not use if you must pass. Testing can be frequent and consequences are high.
- Athletes (WADA/USADA/NCAA, etc.): high risk from a compliance standpoint. Even if THC isn’t detected, some organizations restrict cannabinoids and supplements are always “use at your own risk.”
- High-Stakes Drug Testing Notice: Even though this tincture is non-detectable (N/D) for THC per third-party lab testing (see COA), passing a drug test is not guaranteed. If you are subject to drug testing for employment (including DOT/safety-sensitive roles), athletics, probation, or court requirements, we recommend not using hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
